Dr. Otto Graf Praschma M.C.L.

Born in 1942, after graduating from school in 1962, studied law in Munich and Saarbrücken. First State Law Examination in 1965, followed by studies in France (University of Bordeaux) and USA (University of Chicago Law School with the degree of Master of Comparative Law) until 1967. Travels through Latin America. 1968 to 1971 legal clerkship in Karlsruhe. After the second state law examination from 1971 to 1972 worked as an assistant in the auditing company Arthur Anderersen. 1972 doctorate and admission to the bar.

Since 1972 working as an independent lawyer in Frankfurt am Main with a focus on capital market law. Languages: English and French.
